I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island, followed by a Master of Education in Counseling with a concentration in Higher Education from Providence College. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration, focusing on Higher Education, at Capella University, where I strive to deepen my understanding of transformative educational practices.

In my capacity as a Student Success Coach Leader, I draw upon over twelve years of multifaceted experience in various roles, including Program Supervisor, Milieu Therapist, Residential Care Coordinator, and Mental Health Counselor. This rich tapestry of experience has honed my expertise and solidified my unwavering commitment to excellence in education.
