1. Notice Period:

• 24-Hour Notice: To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hour’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• Less Than 24 Hour’s Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will incur a fee of 50% of the session's cost.
• No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session's cost.

3. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling Requests: You must request to reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling Fees: If rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee of $25 may apply.

4. Refunds:

• Prepaid Packages: If a consultation is canceled or rescheduled with proper notice, any prepaid amount for that session can be credited towards a future appointment or refunded upon request.
• Package Cancellation: If you cancel a package of consultations, refunds will be issued based on the number of sessions used and the cancellation notice provided. A cancellation fee may apply.

5. Exceptional Circumstances: 

• Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
